Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your request and provide confirmation via email.
Conditions for Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. For orders processed or created (unfulfilled) within this time frame, cancellation may not be possible as the shipping label may already have been created.
Exclusions
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
- Orders that do not meet the timing conditions stated above will not be eligible for cancellation.
